The Board of Directors of Medi-Flex Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce as follows:

Mr Tu Ah Kim, the controlling shareholder of the Company, has pledged his 10,000,000 shares to Mr Goh Soo Kheng ("Mr Goh") in the Company for a RM3million loan from Mr Goh.
