The Board of Directors of MEDI-FLEX LIMITED (the "Company") wishes to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 8 March 2007, all the resolutions relating to the matters set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting dated 16 February 2007 were duly passed.
